Did the product not meet your expectations?

That can happen too and we totally understand. You can return the clothing to us within 14 days of its purchase.

How to do it:

• Fill out the withdrawal from the contract below, or download it and fill it out by hand.
• Carefully pack unused products with all tags together with the order number, or the filled out form.
• And send the package to us. Our address is Nad Porubkou 2343, 708 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic.

We will send the money back to your account as soon as we receive the product and check whether they are unworn or have no other defects.

Did you find a defect in your clothes?

We are sorry for that. Everyone makes mistakes, even us. But we learn from it and we will try our best to make sure it doesn't happen again.

You can claim your product within 2 years of its purchase.

How to do it:

• Fill out the complaint form.
• Pack the product together with the form and send it to our address - Nilmore showroom, Sokolská tř. 1374/28, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic.
• We will contact you as soon as possible with further instructions.
