Shipping and Payment

You can choose the shipping from these providers:

  • DHL – International shipping
  • Packeta
  • Alternatively, you can pick up the package in our Showroomna Sokolské tř. 1374/28, 702 00 Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz
  • In the case of gift vouchers, the voucher will arrive at the e-mail address you entered in the order.

When will the package arrive?

We send all orders after crediting the payment to our account (does not apply to cash on delivery or collection in the Showroom).

The speed of transport depends on the choice of carrier. You can expect your package 3-10 days after shipment.
