Do you no longer want our clothes? Is it worn or did it just go out of fashion? You can return it to us through our network of Nilmore® Circular Points, by post or in our showroom in the centre of Ostrava. For each returned piece you will receive a 100 CZK discount, which you can use for the next purchase! If you have purchased a product from one of our partners, go to this page.

What is Nilmore® Circular Point and where can I find it?

Nilmore® Circular Points are collection points where you can conveniently take our clothes for recycling. All you have to do is wash the clothes you want to return, take them to the chosen place and hand over this completed form to the store staff.

After handing in, we will send you your voucher within a few days with a 100 CZK discount on the next purchase. You can currently find Nilmore® Circular Points in 10 cities, and we are constantly expanding this network. See map below.

Notice: Nilmore® Circular Points are only used to return used clothing for recycling, not for its replacement, complaints, returns, etc. To do this, use our showroom or post.

If all of our Nilmore® Circular Points are too far away from you, you can send us your clothes for recycling by post.

How to do it:

Complete this form.
Pack the washed clothes and attach your contact details to the package with the email you filled out in the form.
Find the nearest post office and send the package

As soon as the clothes reach us, you will receive a voucher with a 100 CZK discount on the completed email.
